Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is seeking a Chief Architect, AI & Platform to set a scalable enterprise architecture vision for multi-cloud, data-driven SaaS products.

You will guide AI-native platform design, data architecture, and governance while partnering with product, data science, security, and executive teams. The role requires 15+ years in technology leadership, deep experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, plus strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience including SaaS and platform architecture.
• Experience architecting large‑scale, multi‑tenant platforms for enterprises.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, security and observability.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps/LLMOps, and responsible AI.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define CCC’s enterprise-wide technical architecture vision for scalable platforms.
• Lead AI-native platform architecture across data, APIs, and deployment patterns.
• Partner with product, security, data science, and leadership to translate strategy into durable design.
