Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our global, multi‑vendor network for high‑performance compute workloads.

You will lead network architecture reviews, deploy automation pipelines, and collaborate with security, cloud, and infra teams to ensure low latency, reliability, and scalable connectivity across data centers and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience building, managing, and supporting large-scale hybrid data center networks.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP and BGP/OSPF/VXLAN/EVPN/QoS.
• Experience automating networks using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Proficient with Wireshark, tcpdump, nmap, MTR, curl for diagnostics.
• Experience designing and supporting multi-tenant networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Mellanox devices.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud networking.
• Solid Linux experience and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage and maintain global multi-vendor, multi-protocol high-performance compute networks.
• Analyze data to diagnose root causes and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate and recommend network technologies, hardware, and software.
• Participate in design reviews ensuring architecture meets performance, scalability, and reliability needs.
• Manage vendor relationships to test hardware and software selections.
• Develop and deploy systems and tools to keep networks running reliably.
• Establish best practices and contribute to scalable network solutions.
• Ensure IT governance and security standards are followed.
• Lead projects solving complex technical challenges and drive roadmaps with top engineers.
