Job summary

Harris Computer seeks an experienced leader to drive AI fluency and agentic delivery across the portfolio. You will set roadmaps, establish governance, and partner with executives to translate AI capability into customer value.

You will mentor engineers, align platforms, manage budgets, and ensure security and compliance in AI-generated code, while pushing for measurable business outcomes through AI maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in software development with at least 3 years leading engineering organizations at director level or above.
• Hands-on use of AI development tools in daily work with a clear point of view on benefits and limitations.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to public sector or regulated markets preferred.
• Experience governance for AI agentic delivery with governance and validation.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technical roadmap for Corrections and Law Enforcement product lines with AI-driven delivery.
• Lead engineering leaders across portfolio companies and align priorities with business value.
• Establish governance, security review, and validation for AI-generated code across teams.
• Translate AI capability into customer-facing revenue and measurable outcomes.
