Qualifications

• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Report on time and work all required hours including overtime and weekends.
• Understand and follow established rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for production.
• Pack product into trays, apply labels, and arrange on trays.
• Rotate through production positions and communicate with supervision on issues.
• Work in cold or hot environments as designated by area.
