Job summary

Foster Farms is hiring team members in Kelso, WA to support production operations on the line. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with shift premiums for 4pm-12am and midnight-8am.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test.
• Walk and stand on concrete floors in a cold environment for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for product run.
• Pack product into foam trays and/or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange trays of chicken parts.
• Repeat grasping, pushing, and pulling motions during packing, cutting, and grading.
• Rotate through production areas across the shift.
• Place empty trays and pads on the line.
• Visually inspect and grade chicken parts for production lines.
• Communicate with supervision and co-workers regarding tasks and issues.
