Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, collects smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Color balances fryers and maintains proper shortening level.
• Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs and cooks food as directed.
• Ensures all food meets specifications and designated holding times.
• Maintains clean work area and sanitation practices.
• Stocks and organizes batter area and cooler.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Manager in Charge.
