You will maintain safety and quality, manage batter and fryers, and support the kitchen team to meet business needs. This is a full-time on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table and prepares batter mix.
• Ensures call sheets are complete and posted.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to Manager in Charge.
• Color balances fryers and maintains shortening level.
• Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by Manager in Charge.
• Ensures food meets SOM specifications and holding times.
