Church's Chicken is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare and cook food per the Shift Manager's direction, following the Cooking Section of the Operating Standards Manual. The role emphasizes timely, clean, and orderly execution and adherence to holding times.

The cook will set up batter tables, operate fryers, maintain safety practices, and perform other shift duties as directed by the Manager in Charge.

Qualifications

• Experience following standard operating procedures in a food service setting.

Responsabilités

• Sets up batter table and prepares batter mix.
• Prepares and cooks food products as dictated by business needs and Manager in Charge.
• Maintains food quality and adheres to holding times as per the SOM.
• Maintains sanitation and safety using provided equipment.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift.
