Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, collects smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintains frying shortening level and balances fryers.
• Cleans fryers and maintains holding times per SOP.
