Chick-fil-A Exceeding Excellence in Huber Heights, OH, is seeking a motivated Kitchen Shift Leader (Leader Support) to join our leadership team. This role is the first step in a long-term leadership career, working closely with experienced leaders to run a high-performing kitchen in a multi-million dollar restaurant.

You'll lead kitchen shifts, coach team members, and uphold top food safety and quality standards while driving fast, accurate service and a culture of accountability.
