Chick-fil-A Cleveland Avenue is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to manage daily FOH or BOH operations and deliver an unmatched guest experience.

You will lead a 10-20+ team, drive food safety, speed, and quality, and coach peers to exceed standards. This role offers leadership development, mentoring, and a clear path to growth within the nation’s most respected restaurant brand.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of Leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations.
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Previous Chick-fil-A experience is highly preferred.
• Desires career growth and will thrive with Leadership Development and Mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either FOH or BOH. Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional.
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business.
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture.
• Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members.
