Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aptitude in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally with passport.

Responsibilities

• Complete classroom, factory training, and online courses with 80%+ scores.
• Shadow Service Engineers on service calls and observe troubleshooting workflows.
• Assist during service calls by learning and supporting the Service Engineer.
• Participate in a 2-year competency-based apprentice program before certification.
• Maintain accurate technical documents and reports on time.
