Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, or electronic aptitude.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to support service tasks in real‑world conditions.
• Professional communication skills to build positive customer relationships and coordinate with internal technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete classroom, factory training, and online courses, and pass with 80% or higher scores.
• Shadow Service Engineers on service calls by traveling with them to customer sites and learning through observation.
• Assist on customer calls while building hands‑on capability to repair, install, and move machines.
• Progress through a competency‑based apprentice program, enrolled for 2 years before certification and promotion to Service Engineer.
• Follow complex written and verbal instructions and complete required technical documents and reports in a timely manner.
