Qualifications

• Experience in an office management or senior administrative role, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-desk inquiries and manage reception, routing confidential communications.
• Oversee office flow, mail, shipping, and stationery provisioning.
• Coordinate travel, expenses, and event logistics for Chicago office activities.
• Support cross-office administration and liaise with landlords on leases.
• Assist with onboarding and the setup of office protocol for new hires.
• Lead on Chicago office events and meetings with vendors and brokers.
• Maintain a welcoming, productive office environment and professional culture.
