Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace, culinary, or comparable operations, including people-management responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading change and managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.
• Ability to coordinate multiple service functions, resolve issues, and maintain reliable operations in a busy workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workplace operations across the Chicago office floors; set priorities and service expectations across Facilities, Culinary, and office support functions.
• Lead and develop the workplace operations team; coach direct reports and coordinate outsourced staff.
• Oversee facilities services and building systems; manage preventive maintenance, work orders, and service continuity.
