Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operations Director to lead the Chicago market operations and the corporate headquarters. This role guides budget planning, financial oversight, and service delivery for 200+ employees across two offices.

You will work with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence. The position requires strong leadership, business judgment, and the ability to translate priorities into reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in operations or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience managing a multi-functional team of 25+ reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational health for the Chicago office and corporate HQ.
• Partner with Market Leader, Director of Brokerage, and Regional Director of Operations on strategy and budget.
• Direct reports including Operations Manager and Facilities Manager and ensure service delivery across the market.
