Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Clubhouse visitors and handle requests.
• Own Salesforce emails related to Clubhouse Operations.
• Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and signage.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup, and catering.
• Manage Clubhouse vendor communications and purchasing.
• Build and update local ops Notion pages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse and outside areas.
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
• Complete opening and closing Clubhouse checklists.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
