The Chicago office of Roetzel & Andress is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of business and commercial litigation experience. Roetzel & Andress is a full-service law firm with locations across Ohio and Florida, as well as in Chicago, Detroit, Lexington, and Washington, D.C. The firm provides comprehensive legal services to national and international corporations, closely held and family-run businesses, institutions, organizations, and individuals.
The Legal Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and clerical needs of the practice. The ideal candidate is an initiative-taker, highly motivated, with excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the attorneys and backup support to legal assistants in support of their specific practice group’s needs and requirements.
