Leave Your Mark is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition & Provider Experience to lead the platform’s talent function for clinical and non-clinical roles in the Greater Chicago area. The role builds proactive provider pipelines, harmonizes programs across entities, and drives retention initiatives to reduce vacancies and maintain top performers.

Qualifications

• Own the provider-recruitment function end to end — defining sourcing strategy, search priorities, and hiring plans.
• Advise executives on timelines, market conditions, and competitive compensation positioning.
• Establish and continuously improve processes, employer brand, and metrics for scalable provider recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple channels and programs.
• Partner with clinical leadership and HR to align priorities and search progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Physicians and APPs across active requisitions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, onsite coordination, and employment agreements.
• Develop relationships with residency and fellowship programs to support pipelines.
• Coordinate relocation, credentialing, and onboarding with internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status and market conditions to leadership.
