Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience recruiting in a highly competitive, relationship-driven talent market—provider/clinical recruiting preferred.
• Ability to build and own a recruiting process from the ground up, not just execute an existing one.
• Point of view on candidate engagement and CRM strategy, with hands-on experience selecting or implementing recruiting technology.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; trust is built over long hiring timelines.
• Understanding of employer branding and how to position in a high-demand market.
• Comfortable operating autonomously while aligning with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Outreach: identify and proactively source providers (Physicians and APPs) through direct outreach and networks.
• Candidate Relationship Management: own long-term relationships and deliver a white-glove experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Process & Strategy Design: design end-to-end recruitment processes and scalable approaches.
• Technology & Reporting: evaluate and implement recruiting tech, CRM, and data/metrics for pipeline visibility.
• Market Intelligence: monitor compensation trends and competitor insights to evolve sourcing strategies.
• Employer Brand & Market Positioning: shape the employment brand to attract top providers.
