Job summary

Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus commission based on performance, with earning potential up to $120,000+ per year.

You will engage customers, demonstrate vehicles, and guide buyers to the right options while maintaining excellent service throughout the sales process. Flexible hours and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• At least one previous job with customer experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain customer relationships and create customers for life.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Know product offerings, packages, and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with finance and service for a seamless experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using effective techniques.
