Qualifications

• Requires hospital pharmacy technician experience and ability to work under supervision.
• Must be able to function both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chemotherapy and hazardous medications for CCBD in inpatient and clinic settings.
• Maintain sterile compounding areas through cleaning and disinfection to ensure safety and compliance.
• Document compounding, cleaning, deactivation, decontamination, testing, and equipment certification.
