The candidate will design scalable formulations for small molecules and biologics, develop manufacturing processes for drug products, ensure GLP/GMP compliance, and train staff in analytical methods and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or closely related field and 2–3 years of experience with specialized programs or operations.
• Knowledge of chemistry/biochemistry principles, formulation development, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience operating analytical instruments and interpreting complex data.

Responsibilities

• Provide or oversee analysis of materials, products, or devices using analytical methods.
• Review and interpret testing results, present findings to management/clients.
• Train others on analytical tests, methods, and instrumentation.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, GLP and GMP standards.
• Support development of chemistry/biochemistry/formulation programs and cross-functional projects.
