Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a senior chemist/biochemist to oversee policy, program development, and analytical testing. You will lead teams, design experiments, interpret results, and guide formulation/development for drugs and devices.

Responsibilities include advanced analytics, training staff, and ensuring SOP compliance in GMP/GLP environments. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's or PhD preferred.
• Experience with SOPs, GLP and GMP.
• Ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and provide guidance and training.
• Design experimental procedures for objectives and study execution.
• Lead R&D projects and ensure on-time, within budget, high-quality results.
• Perform advanced analytical testing using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR.
