Job summary

Flint Group is seeking a Process Operator to perform canning and labeling of products into gallon jugs, pails, drums and totes, and to operate industrial washers with care for chemical safety. You will produce inks by following SOPs, handle materials through preparation, reaction and storage steps, and use equipment like mixers, pumps, and forklifts.

Responsibilities include batch processing, data recording, packaging, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have good basic math skills, including percentage calculation.
• Must possess good English speaking and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Canning and labeling of products into gallon jugs, pails, drums and totes.
• Operate industrial parts washer and maintain cleaning solutions.
• Produce inks and ink intermediates by following SOPs and perform tasks in preparation, reaction and storage using mixers, pumps, filters, hoists, forklifts and other manufacturing equipment.
• Carry out batch processing: charging material, processing batch, monitoring and recording data, loading/unloading and cleaning equipment, packaging product, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area.
