Job summary

Flint Group in the United States seeks a Production Operator to produce inks and intermediates, following SOPs, operating mixers, pumps, filters, hoists and forklifts in a hazardous materials environment.

You will handle batch processing, data recording, equipment cleaning, packaging, and maintain safety, attendance, and housekeeping while supporting multiple shifts and cross-training in batch-weighing, mill operation, forklift, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have good basic math skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have satisfactory attendance.

Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of inks and intermediates by following SOPs.
• Handle batch processing: charge material, monitor, record data, and packaging.
• Operate manufacturing equipment: mixers, pumps, filters, hoists, forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; follow safety requirements.
• Be able to work independently and across shifts; lift up to 50 pounds; extreme temperatures.
