Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Engineering Intern in Richland, WA to perform tasks using standard engineering techniques and support lead engineers on projects across Aviation & Federal markets. You’ll assist with design updates and system development while applying analytical skills.

The role values ABET accreditation, prior internship experience, and strong communication. Proficiency in MS Office and leadership potential are also preferred; position includes 401(k) and sick leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• ABET accreditation strongly preferred.
• Prior internship or related consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and eager learner; growth mindset.
