Job summary

The role involves coordinating orders, shipments, samples, and related documentation while maintaining data in Chempax and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from customers ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Answer telephone and follow up as needed.
• Process direct shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Process sample requests and handle customer complaints with documentation and corrective action.
• Maintain and update customer information in Chempax and related systems.
