Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in corporate dining/food service management
• ServSafe Certification
• Allergen Awareness Certification
• Culinary School certificate or degree (preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Develop and execute culinary plans to meet customer expectations
• Oversee all aspects of food production, presentation, and service
• Manage catering operations and vendor relationships
• Control costs and pricing through recipes and costing measures
