NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Campus Executive Chef in Boston, MA. You will lead culinary operations, manage menus and costing, and ensure service excellence for campus dining programs.

Reporting to the Campus VP, you’ll drive client satisfaction, oversee payroll-related tasks, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver superior guest experiences while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in food service management, corporate dining preferred.
• ServSafe Certification and Allergen Awareness Certification required.
• Preferred: Culinary school degree or certificate.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute culinary results to exceed customer expectations at the location.
• Oversee culinary and financial operations to meet service, production and presentation standards.
• Apply culinary techniques to food preparation and final presentation.
• Manage client relationships and supervise hourly staff.
