Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, menu development, and cost controls while driving sustainable practices and local sourcing in a contract foodservice setting.

You will manage a team to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across patient and staff dining programs. This role requires strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking needed
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• HACCP knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
