Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead food production operations at Fort Worth Surgicare Partners in Fort Worth, Texas. This onsite healthcare role focuses on supervising meal preparation, purchasing, recipe specifications and sanitation to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.

You will orient and train new staff, develop standardized recipes, and contribute to special events planning while driving team engagement and operational excellence in a healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive culinary management experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities
