Job summary

Hotel Indigo Traverse City is seeking a Chef & B Director to lead our culinary operation and the broader F&B program in downtown Traverse City. You'll be the senior F&B leader, with a primary focus on kitchen leadership and menu execution.

This role requires hands-on leadership, high-volume kitchen experience, cost controls, staff development, and collaboration with hotel leadership to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary leadership with experience guiding kitchen teams.
