Job summary

CocuSocial is seeking experienced Chef Instructors to lead hands-on cooking classes in Nashville. Classes take place at partner venues such as hotels, breweries, cafés, and event spaces.

You will create memorable culinary experiences for guests of all skill levels and share your knowledge in an engaging environment. Part-time, contract positions offered with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation of USD 200–350+ per class, plus guest tips.

Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching cooking classes, culinary education, demonstrations, team training, or other instructional environments preferred
• Strong culinary knowledge across cuisines and techniques
• Good at engaging groups and delivering hands-on instruction

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the entire class experience, including ingredient purchasing, setup, instruction, and cleanup
• Create a fun, engaging, and beginner-friendly learning environment
• Teach classes in a hands-on, interactive format
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the event
• Represent CocuSocial professionally while delivering exceptional guest experiences
