CocuSocial in Nashville is seeking experienced Chef Instructors to lead fun, hands-on cooking classes. You will design and deliver engaging experiences at partner venues, from hotels to event spaces, and help guests of all skill levels enjoy cooking.

Ideal candidates bring a professional culinary background, proven teaching ability, and excellent communication. You’ll teach hands-on sessions for groups up to 26, maintain top sanitation, and help grow a thriving culinary experiences platform.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary background.
• Prior experience teaching cooking classes or demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage groups of up to 26 guests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the entire class experience, including ingredient purchasing, setup, instruction, and cleanup
• Create a fun, engaging, and beginner-friendly learning environment
• Teach classes in a hands-on, interactive format
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
• Represent CocuSocial professionally while delivering exceptional guest experiences
