Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants (GM level).
• Experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on management style with hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Maintain high standards for service and guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operating costs.
• Work closely with the Chef and culinary team to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Monitor sales, labor, and overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant.
