Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams.
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant financials.
• Comfortable working with restaurant POS, scheduling, and back-office systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into operations when needed.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
