• Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Sous Chef and Executive Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Handle duties on the Al a Carte line and ensure high-quality production.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations and standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks with kitchen staff and supervise line cooks as needed.
• Estimate daily production needs and minimize waste.
