Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant.
• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, knife handling, and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team, ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and performing well.
• Show expertise in all menu items and produce high‑quality dishes in fast‑paced environments across stations.
• Assist in inventory management to maintain food costs.
