Qualifications

• Proven ability to work quickly and cleanly at a station.
• Excellent communication with team during service and prep.
• Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing menus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily mise-en-place for assigned station.
• Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness as directed by management.
• Set up the station for service on time and hand over at shift end.
• Assist with other stations and projects as needed during service.
• Support senior cooks to deliver consistent quality.
