Join the kitchen team behind one of NYC’s most exciting Latin fine dining destinations. We’re looking for 4 passionate, committed Chef de Parties to bring skill, energy, and authentic flair to our dinner service brigade.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or time spent in Latin America – you understand the soul of Latin cuisine and can bring it to the plate.
• Solid fine dining or upscale restaurant background with strong technical skills.
• A team player with a good attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative kitchen.
• Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach and strong work ethic.
• Must be available for evening shifts only, with no late-night finishes (latest by 11:30PM!).
