Sales

• Build your own check averages while ensuring the guest receives everything they need.
• Attain product knowledge to become a master of German cuisine and beverages.

• Work well with colleagues across hospitality and culinary services.
• Assist in training others when needed.

Controls

• Take pride in your work area and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and organization.

Standards

• Follow protocols and standards, including uniform policy.
• Uphold product quality and speak up if standards are not met.
