Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for an award-winning hotel in the Brentwood area. You will join a talented brigade serving fresh, locally sourced meals for the restaurant and bar, with live-in accommodation on offer.

Reporting to the Head Chef and supported by junior chefs, you will work in an AA Rosette level kitchen, preparing and plating lunch and dinner services while mentoring juniors and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in AA Rosette level kitchen.
• Able to work unsupervised and mentor junior staff.
• Steady career history in a kitchen role.

Responsibilities

Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this award winning Hotel based in the Brentwood area for a Chef de Partie. As part of a talented brigade you will serve fresh locally sourced meals for the hotel restaurant & bar. The Hotel also prepares meals for celebrations, wedding and parties. The role comes with live in accommodation.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie or Strong Demi Chef wanting to work a higher level
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in AA rosette level kitchen
• Good attention to detail
