Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for kitchen staff covering quality, service, cost of goods, and safety.
• Create and execute menus for all meal periods.

• Maintain relationships with food vendors.
• Schedule staff to meet labor budgets and demand; approve timecards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B leadership on events.
• Ensure world-class food offerings and kitchen safety training.
