Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking a Seasonal Line Cook to join a high-volume culinary team. This role supports the culinary program by producing high quality dishes in a full-service environment, with wage range $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Employee housing is available, and recruitment continues through December for this seasonal position. Applicants should have a high school diploma, culinary internship preferred, and 2+ years in a busy food & beverage setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Food safety certification not required but preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume food & beverage environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains food production per recipe standards and specs.
• Works across multiple stations (Pantry, Flat Top/Stove, Deep Fryers, Pizza Oven).
• Expedites orders to maintain optimal ticket times.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Supports end-of-month inventories and trainings.
