Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper preparation and presentation of menu items.
• Maintain inventory, recipes, and production forecasts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, labeling and rotation of food items.
• Monitor costs and quality with adherence to procedures.
