• 7 years of cooking experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Supervisor.
• 1 year of proven experience as a Chef specializing in Asian cuisine.
• Ability to develop innovative and authentic Asian dishes.
• General knowledge of food and safety sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations across all shifts.
• Prepare a diverse range of Asian dishes with consistency.
• Collaborate with management to create and update the menu.
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff.
• Monitor labor costs and staffing levels.
• Order products and manage inventory.
