DIG INN Restaurant Teams is seeking a Chef-in-Training to join our scratch-based kitchen. You will learn hands-on cooking, prep across stations, and participate in a fast-paced culinary environment that emphasizes real food and community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins and grains following recipes.
• Rotate through kitchen stations to gain exposure and skills.
• Explain menu items, seasonality, and ingredients to guests.
• Support team during busy service periods and assist where needed.
• Meet physical requirements and follow safety policies.
