Job summary

Qualifications

  • Current food handler's permit upon employment.
  • Preferred background in management or retail.
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or in Culinary Arts is a plus.

Job description

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals for the Cheese department, and monitor and control all quality assurance standards. Work closely with the Deli department to create an engaging environment for customers.
