Job description

Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Chief Stewardess for a 55m Charter/Private Yacht.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to join a well-established team with exceptional longevity and a strong, supportive crew culture. The vessel is world-cruising and offers the opportunity to work with an excellent owner and family who value professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications:

• STCW Basic Training.
• ENG1 Medical Certificate.
• B1/B2

Requirements:

• Previous charter experience as Chief Stewardess.
• Experience with varied international clientele.
• Proven ability to manage operations on yachts 40 meters and over.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Other:

• The yacht operates with a crew of 13 and has an interior team of four, including the Chief Stewardess.
• Itinerary includes Mexico, and later the USA.
• Candidates must be personable, professional, guest-oriented, and demonstrate strong leadership and training capabilities.

Start Date: Flexible

Salary: 6000 EUR review after probation. Yearly increase
